Privacy:

Megandpeg.com will never sell the information you provide, it is only used for internal purposes. We despise junk email and know you do too. You have the option of adding yourself to our email list for email blasts, sales and other M&P goodies. Of course you will always have the option to opt out should you choose, but then you will definitely miss out on our secret sales.

Security:

Meg & Peg paid hard-earned money to incredibly experienced web designers to ensure that nothing happens to your personal information and credit card data. Your information is encrypted.

Returns:

In the case of damaged or defective merchandise, absolutely email or call us so we can rectify the situation as soon as possible. Otherwise, personalized items cannot be returned nor can orders be cancelled. We ask you to triple check and verify spelling, font, and thread color for a this reason. You will find helpful information about monograms here.

If you find you’ve made an entry error; i.e. personalization or address/shipping error you must contact us immediately by telephone (314-809-9339) and email (hello@megandpeg.com). We can’t guarantee we can fix everything but we will sure try. As previously stated personalized orders cannot be returned or cancelled. But we understand mistakes happen so if you contact us immediately we can try to make the correction.

Shipping Policy:

Since our products are customized just for you, the average turnaround is 10 to 14 business days (M-F) plus ship time. Some items take even longer depending on workmanship and popularity. Turnaround time varies from product to product, so please refer to product descriptions prior to placing your order. These times do not include holidays, rush season or acts of God beyond our control (for heaven’s sake!). Please plan accordingly prior to placing your order. We are always happy to answer your questions regarding shipping and we do our best to accommodate rush orders or requested dates but you must contact us to let us know so we can personally confirm your request.

All orders will ship USPS priority mail, UPS ground, FedEx or FedEx Smartpost (this is a FedEx/USPS hybrid). M&P will email tracking information as it is available. USPS tracking can be spotty but we will always send the package number. M&P do not view shipping as a profit center, so we’ll keep the shipping charges as low as we can, to get your items to you safely and in perfect condition. If we see a problem with your order and shipping M. or P. will let you know as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to amend or change these policies as we see fit and to the benefit of all.

At this time M&P are not set up for international shipping services. We know we’re on the world-wide web, so if you live outside the U.S. and absolutely must have something from M&P please contact us. International shipping rates start at $25 (First-class USPS International Option) and go up from there. It can be quite expensive (and slow) shipping things to the four corners of the earth, (or the other six continents)!

M&P products are definitely worth waiting for the personal touch, but we don’t want to miss your important occasion due to shipping errors. Please double check your shipping address or recipient’s address. M&P are not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses. Gift Wrapping Service

If you would like to have your items boxed and gift wrapped please let us know by leaving a note during checkout. We pride ourselves on our creative and beautiful wrapping. The cost of this service starts at $10.00.

All payment information is sent through a secure server which encrypts the information for your protection. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
